For appointments outside my available work hours, shoot me a text, and we can possibly make something work for an added $60 to your overall payment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will earn a cancellation fee worth 50% of your canceled appointment. Payable immediately or at the time of your next appointment.
Most styles are offered in different sizes/length. Please make sure to book the right size/length. last minute changes to these may be unacceptable depending on my schedule for the day.
$15 late fee applies after 15 minutes of tardiness. 20 minutes grace period before your appointment is canceled and you will need to rebook.
No show, no contact clients will be permanently banned from booking.
Your deposits go towards your overall payment, and final payments at the end of your appointment are accepted in Cash only.
You can reschedule an appointment with the same deposit within 72 hours of booking.
Cancellation policies don’t exist to take advantage of you. People take advantage of flexible policies and waste away time slots that other people would’ve loved to occupy, while also leaving gaping holes in my carefully crafted schedule. As a result, these policies stand unwavering. However, I understand that life happens.
